There are many products today that could be suitable for almost everyone, but by different reasons are not. A simple product can, through too complicated features, be made unaccessible for many. Basic functions must stay basic with undoubtful simplicity. But basic design does not have to be ugly or dull – basic design is design for all.
The project Pour started in the studies of everyday conflicts in life with psychological disabilities. When every mistake is a disaster, things must be kept on a basic level. The thermos is one of many problem sources and the goal of this project was to minimize all sources for misunderstanding.

These images were rendered with a Keyshot plugin in Pro|ENGINEER, keeping a live and updatable session between the CAD and rendering environments.
